One-to-one Coaching

Our remote one-to-one coaching programme is designed to help leaders develop and improve their skills from the comfort of their own environment.

During coaching sessions, coaches work with clients to identify their goals, strengths, and areas for improvement and provide personalized guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their objectives. 

Through this process, the client can gain clarity on their goals, enhance their self-awareness, and improve their leadership skills, all while benefiting from the convenience and flexibility of remote coaching.

This service is ideal for leaders looking to develop their skills while balancing the demands of their personal and professional lives.

How it Works

We offer courses of 6 x 60 min sessions where clients will receive expert coaching tailored to the client’s individual personal and business goals.

Observational Coaching

Observational leadership coaching is an approach in which the coach observes clients in their work environment. Coaches then use observations to provide feedback to the leader on their leadership style with the goal of helping them to identify areas for improvement and develop their skills.

This approach allows leaders to better understand their behaviour and how it affects others and receive specific, practical coaching on improving their leadership style.

How it Works

Our coaches observe clients in the workplace for an agreed duration (typically 3 -5 hours), followed by a 1.5-hour face-to-face coaching session.
This service is available as a stand-alone service and in multi-session packages.

Operational Transformation

Our Operational Transformation coaching programmes help organisations improve performance and employee engagement by focusing on three key areas:

1. Engaging all levels of the organisation in implementing operational excellence tools.

2. Aligning the efforts of workforce with business objectives.

3. Practicing and improving effective leadership behaviours. 

This programme follows a 12-15-week long course where clients will receive intensive on-the-job coaching. Coaches will support leaders to engage their teams in implementing industry best practices that deliver improved employee morale and sustained performance gains.

This programme is ideal for clients seeking culture transformation who wish to change “the way we do things around here”.

Throughout the programme, coaches work with clients on developing effective leadership behaviours, such as proactivity, role-modelling, engagement style, communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. In addition, our coaches work with leaders and managers to help them develop the skills they need to lead their teams effectively and drive positive change within the organisation.
