Leadership Coach
I am a passionate and enthusiastic leadership coach and the Managing Director of Breakthrough Leadership Coaching, with over 15 years of experience in leadership positions within UK automotive manufacturing and Australian packaging and cosmetics manufacturing.
Through my leadership and coaching experience, I have developed successful approaches that help my clients become confident leaders equipped with the necessary skills and behaviours to engage their teams in creating a work environment that delivers substantial performance gains as well as developing a culture where employees enjoy coming to work and are motivated to be the best they can be.
